Do you handle permits?

Will I have to leave my home during the remodel?
In most cases, no. We work hard to keep your home livable throughout the project. We contain dust and debris, clean up at the end of every workday, and schedule the noisiest or most disruptive phases with your routine in mind. For major whole-home renovations, we'll discuss this during the planning phase.
What if something unexpected comes up during the project?
It happens, especially in older homes. If we discover an issue (like water damage behind a wall or an electrical problem), we stop, document it, and discuss the situation with you before any additional work is done. We create a formal change order so you understand the cost and timeline impact before we proceed. No surprises.
Do you offer financing?
We can discuss payment structures that work for your budget during the consultation. We're flexible and transparent about how payments are structured throughout the project.
